Båltsnäs – lamb and game

Båltsnäs farm is five kilometres south of Katrineholm towards Norrköping. The shop sells local lamb and game: deer, roe deer, moose and wild boar, as well as its own sausages. Ändebol – vegetables, meat and a bakery

Ändebols gård brings together seasonal vegetables, grass-fed meat, cheese and bread from its own bakery. In September and October the shop opens Friday–Sunday 11:00–16:00. Lunch is served 11:00–15:00 and the café stays open until 15:45. Address: Ändebols gård, 642 97 Bettna.

Magdakullan – meat, eggs and local produce

Magdakullan at Magda manor in Näshulta sells organic beef, sausages and pike-perch from Lake Hjälmaren. Eggs, vegetables, rapeseed oil and apple juice from other Sörmland producers vary with the season and availability. Find the farm along road 214 between Katrineholm and Eskilstuna, at Magda Säteri, 643 97 Västra Näshulta.

Until 1 November 2026, opening hours are Friday 16:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–22:00 and Sunday 10:00–16:00. Magdakullan closes from 2 to 25 November. The farm shop and café are closed during the Christmas buffet season, 26 November–20 December. Call +46 16 800 18 to arrange collection outside regular shop hours.

Jürss Mejeri – cheese and artisan food

For cheese and other artisan food, head to Jürss Mejeri at Gjutmästarbacken 1, 648 31 Hälleforsnäs. The shop is next to the dairy and sells its own cheeses alongside Sörmland rapeseed oil, flour and preserves. Open Monday–Friday 12:00–17:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00; closed Sundays and public holidays. It also closes on Saturdays in January and February.

Choose one or two stops to suit what you want to cook, and bring a cool bag for meat and cheese.
